Our Community Standard

Aivoso is built on trust. Every client, freelancer, and learner on the platform is expected to act with integrity and professionalism. This Code of Conduct defines the baseline behaviour we require from all users. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.

What we expect

• Communicate professionally and respectfully at all times.
• Provide honest, accurate descriptions of your skills and experience.
• Deliver work that meets the agreed scope, quality, and timeline.
• Leave reviews that are fair and based on your direct experience.
• Report suspicious behaviour or policy violations promptly.
• Respect intellectual property and confidentiality agreements.

What we prohibit

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any user on any basis.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content — including fake reviews.
• Share another user's private information without consent.
• Attempt to conduct transactions off-platform to avoid fees.
• Use the platform to promote illegal products, services, or content.
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.

Enforcement

Violations are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. We may issue a warning, temporarily restrict your account, or permanently ban it depending on severity and history. You may appeal a decision within 14 days by emailing conduct@aivoso.com.
